Territory Manager - Massachusetts

The TM will identify providers that can benefit from ease of referral for sleep testing and treatment.  Our consolidated approach by providing at home Sleep Apnea testing, Tele Consults from a Sleep Medicine provider if indicated, and treatment management from our team of clinicians including auto PAP therapy, Dental Devices and other treatment options. BetterNight is partnering with Epoch Sleep Centers / Coastal Sleep diagnostics, a New England based company with locations in Massachusetts and Rhode Island for home sleep testing and in lab services.


Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant is responsible for the books and records of multiple legal entities and related consolidations. This highly visible position interacts with multiple stakeholders within the organization. The Staff Accountant partners with the Finance Manager and Controller to improve and streamline financial and accounting operations.  


Respiratory Therapist II - San Diego, CA

The Respiratory Therapist 2 sets up and demonstrates required medical and testing equipment to patients. Responsible for delivering respiratory and other equipment and providing service to a patient in their home, in our clinic and at other medical facilities. The Respiratory Therapist 2 also provides patient support as needed. This includes but is not limited to coaching, education, information and Respiratory Assessments on all patients in an office, home or medical environment, utilizing both face to face encounters and telephone communications.


Sleep Care Specialist II - Nevada

The Sleep Care Specialist in Nevada provides top level patient support. This includes but is not limited to coaching, education, information and Respiratory Assessments utilizing  telephone communications. The expectation of this position is to provide a first class patient experience, with every patient interaction.


Coaching Admin

The Coaching Admin provides high level patient service and support. This includes but is not limited to patient coaching, education, information, and assessments of patients needing escalation to a Respiratory Therapist. The Coaching Admin will have to maintain a working knowledge of all equipment being dispensed to patients. The expectation of this position is to ensure that we deliver compliance outreach to our patient base and increase over compliance and outcomes.


Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator will work with our customers including patients, referring physicians, Health Systems, Physician Groups, Worksite Clinics, Occupational Health organizations to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The Account Coordinator works under the direction of the Manager of Account Management and partners with other members of the Customer Success team as well as other key stakeholders in our internal departments. (Such as the Product, Marketing and Sales teams). The Account Coordinator Is the subject matter expert on the BetterNight dashboard and internal process flow.
