Director of Revenue Cycle Management
Reporting to the Controller, the Director of Revenue Cycle Management will successfully oversee the Accounts Receivable team which includes billers, collectors, payment posters and the Insurance and Benefits team. The Director is responsible for ensuring BetterNight’s revenue cycle is performing optimally by collecting the maximum revenue allowable. This is a fully remote role working on PST or MST.
Coaching Administrative Assistant
The Coaching Administrative Assistant provides high level patient service and support. This includes but is not limited to patient coaching, education, information, and assessments of patients needing escalation to a Respiratory Therapist. The Coaching Admin will have to maintain a working knowledge of all equipment being dispensed to patients.
Clinical Administrative Assistant
The Clinical Admin Assistant meets face to face with patients for check out after their experience with the Respiratory Therapist. The Clinical Admin Assistant dispenses equipment and checks authorizations, creates and processes sales orders. In addition, The Clinical Admin Assistant completes modem enrollment for all new setups. The Clinical Admin Assistant completes all documents scanning for patient appointments. This is a fully onsite role in San Diego, CA.
