Patient Care Coordinator

The Patient Care Coordinator (Call Center) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient support primarily through inbound and outbound phone, chat, and digital channels. This role manages patient scheduling, education, order coordination, and issue resolution across the full patient lifecycle. The Patient Care Coordinator serves as a central point of contact for patients and provider offices, ensuring efficient call handling, accurate documentation, proper authorization, and seamless patient experience while supporting therapy adherence and outcomes. 


Territory Manager – Massachusetts (Worchester County and Boston Metro Area)

The TM will identify providers that can benefit from ease of referral for sleep testing and treatment. Our consolidated approach provides at home Sleep Apnea testing, Tele Consults from a Sleep Medicine provider if indicated, and treatment management from our team of clinicians including auto PAP therapy, Dental Devices and other treatment options. BetterNight is a proud partner working with Epoch Sleep Centers / Coastal Sleep diagnostics, a New England based company with locations in Massachusetts and Rhode Island for home sleep testing and lab services.

Night Sleep Technician

The Sleep Technician will be able to work 3 twelve-hour shifts overnight at our Dartmouth, MA location (370 Faunce Corner Road, N. Dartmouth, MA 02747). The Sleep Technician is responsible for preparing and conducting sleep studies in accordance with established protocols, including verifying medical orders, educating patients, and ensuring proper equipment setup and calibration. It also involves applying sensors, monitoring equipment, and supporting patients through the process, whether in-center or through Home Sleep Apnea Testing (HSAT).


Registered Night Sleep Technologist

The Registered Night Sleep Technologist will be able to work 2-3 twelve-hour shifts overnight at one or more of our locations including Worcester, MA, Dartmouth, MA, Leominster, MA and Lincoln, RI. The Sleep Technologist is responsible for preparing and conducting sleep studies in accordance with established protocols, including verifying medical orders, educating patients, and ensuring proper equipment setup and calibration. It also involves applying sensors, monitoring equipment, and supporting patients through the process, whether in-center or through Home Sleep Apnea Testing (HSAT). The expectation of this position is to provide a first-class patient experience, with every patient interaction.
