Clinical Care Coordinator - Lincoln, RI

The Clinical Care Coordinator provides high level patient service including but not limited to patient check-in, coaching, education, information, and assessments of patients needing escalation to a Respiratory Therapist. The Clinical Care Coordinator will have to maintain a working knowledge of all equipment being dispensed to patients. They will dispense equipment and check authorizations, create and process sales orders, in addition to completing modem enrollment for all new setups.

The Practice Services Representative is responsible for collecting patient information and initiating the patient life cycle, including scheduling patients for diagnostics sleep studies, CPAP set-ups, telehealth visits, follow-up appointments, home visits, and other procedures as necessary for their assigned practice/physician group.

Respiratory Therapist - Dartmouth, MA

The Respiratory Therapist sets up and demonstrates required medical and testing equipment to patients. Responsible for delivering respiratory and other equipment and providing service to a patient in their home or other medical facilities as needed. The Respiratory Therapist also provides patient support as needed.
